THE 3 LEVELS OF PERFORMANCE

THE 3 LEVELS OF PERFORMANCE

I spend a lot of time working with Individual Salespeople, Sales Teams & Business Owners to dramatically increase their income quickly.

Through my work I witness firsthand on a daily basis that there are 3 Distinct Levels of Performance in the world.

The fact is this that 2 of these groups have a high risk of Failure and only 1 is guaranteed success. The Reality is – most people fall into the Failure Levels…

THE 3 LEVELS OF PERFORMANCE

  1. Poor Performers – The people who fall into this group clearly demonstrate a lack of commitment. A lack of commitment to their job, their customers & the company they work for. This is commonly demonstrated through general tardiness, cutting corners in their work, always finding an excuse for leaving early & contributing minimal levels of effort. When a challenge arises they will be first to admit defeat & poke holes in any solutions offered – that’s IF they engage at all. Negativity is often a preferred disposition & they can typically be found finding fault & complaining about most things around the company, colleagues & the products and/or services. A lot of and spend a lot of energy and effort is expelled complaining rather than doing.

RISK OF FAILURE: HIGH

  • Average to Good Performers – A large portion of the ‘workforce’ falls into this category. This group demonstrates a basic understanding of their role but don’t have the desire to deliver any more than what is required of them. While they show signs of promise and they know what to do, their production is spotty at best. These people justify their production levels by comparing themselves to the poor performers. This group has a false sense of security around their prosperity.

RISK OF FAILURE: HIGH

  • Elite Performers – The members of this exclusive group produce results at levels exceeding all others that their position is guaranteed. Some of the key characteristics of this group include their ability to solve problems while the Poor & Average Performers complain & make excuses. In addition, the volume of action this rare breed take is, to some, unimaginable. They focus on building & nurturing solid relationships knowing that this will compound their fortune. All of these elements result in significant revenue to them & the company they represent. This elite group is never at risk of financial hardship & has the ability to produce income no matter the economic landscape.

RISK OF FAILURE: LOW
